Any suspicious activity is automatically flagged by our fraud detection system. In such cases, the account may be suspended immediately.
7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Under the following circumstances, baca8 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
- Registering with false or incomplete information.
- Failing to submit the documents required for KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
- The member submits a request to close their own account.
If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no rules have been violated, that amount will be refunded. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of prohibited activity.
